Welcome to XperOne ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). XperOne operates a structured digital licensing and monetization infrastructure providing controlled distribution systems, automated delivery mechanisms, payment processing integrations, and reseller authorization frameworks.
By accessing our platform, DigitalVault assets, or infrastructure systems, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We do not guarantee income, profit, or financial outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual effort, marketing execution, pricing discipline, and market demand.

Access to DigitalVault assets is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
This license permits approved resale activity under defined terms. Intellectual property ownership remains exclusively with XperOne.
License fees and platform charges are processed through authorized payment gateways.
Applicable platform fees and revenue share percentages are disclosed prior to activation and may vary by access tier.
XperOne reserves the right to modify pricing structures with reasonable notice.
Infrastructure fees cover payment handling, automated delivery, system maintenance, compliance monitoring, and license generation.
Certain licensed assets are subject to an Authorized Price Range. Each asset may include:
Resellers must advertise and sell products strictly within the defined price range. Pricing below the minimum or above the maximum is considered a violation of licensing terms.
Repeated violations may result in compliance review, downgrade of access tier, temporary suspension, or permanent revocation of license.

All systems, frameworks, documentation, branding, automation flows, and infrastructure components remain the sole property of XperOne.
License grants usage rights only. No ownership rights are transferred.
Due to the digital nature of licensed assets, all license fees are non-refundable once access credentials or digital materials have been delivered.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical failure preventing access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
