Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to XperOne ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). XperOne operates a structured digital licensing and monetization infrastructure providing controlled distribution systems, automated delivery mechanisms, payment processing integrations, and reseller authorization frameworks.

By accessing our platform, DigitalVault assets, or infrastructure systems, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Services

XperOne provides:

  • Licensed digital asset access
  • Reseller authorization infrastructure
  • Automated payment processing systems
  • Digital delivery architecture
  • Structured monetization compliance systems

We do not guarantee income, profit, or financial outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual effort, marketing execution, pricing discipline, and market demand.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years of age to participate. Users below 18 years must have parental or legal guardian consent.

  • You confirm you are legally capable of entering this agreement
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws
  • You will not misuse or exploit the infrastructure

4. License-Based Access

Access to DigitalVault assets is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

This license permits approved resale activity under defined terms. Intellectual property ownership remains exclusively with XperOne.

5. Payment Terms

License fees and platform charges are processed through authorized payment gateways.

Applicable platform fees and revenue share percentages are disclosed prior to activation and may vary by access tier.

XperOne reserves the right to modify pricing structures with reasonable notice.

6. Revenue Share Model

  • Standard Access: 25% infrastructure processing fee per successful transaction
  • Pro Access: Monthly platform fee + reduced transaction percentage

Infrastructure fees cover payment handling, automated delivery, system maintenance, compliance monitoring, and license generation.

7. Authorized Price Range Policy

Certain licensed assets are subject to an Authorized Price Range. Each asset may include:

  • A Minimum Advertised Price (Floor Price)
  • A Maximum Advertised Price (Ceiling Price)

Resellers must advertise and sell products strictly within the defined price range. Pricing below the minimum or above the maximum is considered a violation of licensing terms.

Repeated violations may result in compliance review, downgrade of access tier, temporary suspension, or permanent revocation of license.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell full platform access
  • Share login credentials
  • Claim ownership of XperOne infrastructure
  • Distribute assets outside authorized frameworks
  • Engage in spam, fraudulent marketing, or false income claims
  • Upload assets to piracy platforms

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, documentation, branding, automation flows, and infrastructure components remain the sole property of XperOne.

License grants usage rights only. No ownership rights are transferred.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of licensed assets, all license fees are non-refundable once access credentials or digital materials have been delivered.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical failure preventing access.

11. Limitation of Liability

XperOne shall not be liable for:

  • Individual earnings or financial performance
  • Customer disputes
  • Marketing effectiveness
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or license.

12. Termination

XperOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • License terms are violated
  • Authorized price range policies are breached
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Brand misuse occurs

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

14. Modifications

XperOne may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
