Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital License Nature

XperOne provides digital licenses and infrastructure access. Upon issuance of license credentials or DigitalVault access, services are considered delivered.

2. Non-Refundable License Fees

License fees are non-refundable once:

• Access credentials are generated
• Documentation is issued
• Automated delivery is activated

3. Duplicate Payments

Refunds may be issued in cases of verified duplicate payments.

4. Technical Failure

If a verified technical failure prevents access, we will attempt resolution before considering refund.

5. Revenue Share Transactions

Revenue share deductions represent infrastructure processing fees and are not refundable once a transaction is completed.

6. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent revocation of reseller access.
